By registering with the Values Exchange you agree that:
1. Your name, demographic data (for example; age, ethnicity, religion) and all your responses to the cases will be recorded and retained securely in the system
2. When you have submitted your response to a case, your details and responses will be visible to all other respondents (unless you have chosen to be anonymous)
3. In most cases, other users of the Values Exchange will be members of Manchester Metropolitan University, but there may be users from other institutions, for example, relevant professionals and experts
4. You may chose to be anonymous even after you have completed cases by checking the privacy option after clicking 'My Details' on the main menu bar. This removes your name from all the cases you have completed
5. Your tutors may extract broad themes from case studies (as appropriate) to present to groups of students and colleagues to prompt discussion and share insights. Any individuals' responses (if used) will remain anonymous
6. Your tutors may share some of the data (from surveys or cases) with others (e.g. in a journal publication or a conference) as examples of good practice, but individuals will NEVER be identified.
